By accessing or using the GigglingGut website (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GigglingGut Inc.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase our products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Products & Health Disclaimer
GigglingGut products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The statements made about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medications.
Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. GigglingGut is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as indicated on the Site.
Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@gigglinggut.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are automatically billed and shipped at the frequency you select. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect before your next scheduled order. There is no cancellation fee or long-term commitment. Subscription pricing and discounts are subject to change, but we will notify you of any price increases at least 14 days before your next billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and software — is the property of GigglingGut Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigglingGut Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Site or products; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; or (d) any third-party content or conduct. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
